Lending Compliance Analyst (E3)

Chelsea Groton is looking to hire motivated and dynamic individuals for our Retail Lending department. The Lending Compliance Analyst will have a collaborative spirit, working and communicating with various internal groups to identify process improvements and ensure that all regulatory requirements are being met. Responsibilities and Requirements vary based on job level. Expectations include:

- Conducts quality control review of Lending data files, performing analyses for Fair Lending monitoring and assisting with compliance related projects.

- Performs regular analysis related to support the bank’s Fair Lending monitoring efforts.

- Collaborates with internal department on compliance-related projects and process changes, particularly related to lending systems.

- Assists in the development and implementing internal programs to address identified compliance opportunities.
