Description
The CBA will be hosting an FDIC Case Study: Fair Lending – Redlining Risks on March 13, 2024, at the DoubleTree Hilton Hotel, 42 Century Drive, Bristol. This interactive full-day program will be held from 9:00 a.m. - 4:00 p.m. and is designed to provide insight on fair lending, define redlining, review REMAs and risk factors, and provide an overview of conducting a redlining analysis. The program will provide takeaways and resources to bring back to your institution and will include an interactive, small group case study.

Matthew currently serves as a Fair Lending Examination Specialist (FLEX) in the New York Regional Office of the Federal Deposit Insurance Corporation (FDIC).
