The Connecticut Bankers Association, in partnership with Learning Dynamics and COCC, is happy to present the annual CBA Bankers Human Resource Conference to be held on Thursday, October 3, 2024, at 9:00 a.m. at the DoubleTree by Hilton Bristol, CT with refreshments and registration at 8:30 a.m.  The day’s agenda will be structured to incorporate time for bankers to network, share best practices and ask questions.  This program will include talks from Barb Rutkowski from Learning Dynamics on ensuring your institutions ‘Bench Strength’, employee benefit guidance from Lockton, and a look into the future of HR from COCC's Lisa Jacobi.
