The Senior Digital Banking Operations Representative assists our customers by phone, video, and on-site at business locations. The ideal candidate will be a motivated and personable individual who provides outstanding service in a professional manner with strong attention to detail and time management skills. Responsibilities and Requirements vary based on job levelExpectations include:

  • Sets up, maintains, and provides ongoing support for clients using various cash management services and applications. Online Banking, ACH Origination, Online Wire Origination, Positive Pay, Remote Deposit Capture, Mobile Banking, Mobile Check Deposit, Merchant Services, credit cards, etc.
  • Provides daily support to all internal and external customers in a professional, effective, and timely manner.
  • Establishes and maintains business deposit accounts. Recommends custom and creative solutions through a consultative approach and follows through to completion.
  • Performs various processing activities associated with digital banking services accurately and completely.
  • Assists with the development, implementation, and testing of new Digital Banking services, as well as enhancing existing accounts and services.  Performs comprehensive discovery and testing, detailed reports of findings and effectively communicates to appropriate parties.
